Hello, I guess you want to know a little bit about me.

I’m a university student and living in British Columbia, Canada. I’m a complete biology geek in the best sense of the word.

I aspire to be a nurse. I’ve always wanted to work in health care.

I write poetry primarily, as well as papers/essays (for schools), short stories and unpublished manuscripts of novels. I also write text messages, non-sexual roleplaying posts, emails, posts on forums, tweets and comment on blogs.

Some of my hobbies include: taking photographs, crocheting, knitting, making jewellery, sewing, some embroidery, paper crafts (card making), graphic design, web design/publishing, blogging, posting on forums.

I watch television: Grey’s Anatomy, General Hospital, Private Practice, Dollhouse.

I don’t want to work in health care due to the above shows.

I’ve volunteered for over a year at a long term care facility. I love it. I did not stick with volunteering in order to have something to write on my nursing school applications – that is a type of bonus.

I am a daughter, a sister, a cousin, an ‘aunt’ to my second cousins, sometimes employed, full time student, in a relationship, lover, writer, amateur photographer, crafter, roleplayer (mind out of gutter, thanks), reader, collector of cute things and a girl who wears headbands with bows.
